David Chick 52, who has taken over a crane in East London has issued a statement via his solicitor: He has said that ‘he is truly sorry for the disruption to the construction workers on sit who may have lost income due to his location choice staging this peaceful protest.
He goes on to say ‘The current economic situation, as a result of this government is causing decades of the divide between the people and untold poverty in future years. we must, as humans, do what we can to highlight the problems so that we can come together to stop them from destroying out communities, our businesses and hiding behind laws that they create. This is affecting every single one of us. We need to do something. I need to do something. I need people to see this. We must Resist the Reset.’
