Officers from Kent Police’s County Lines and Gangs Team worked in the city on Thursday 17 March 2022. Two men were arrested after suspicious activity was seen in the Pin Hill area and a nearby property was searched. Olutola Olubode, 21, of Macclesfield Road, South Norwood, south London, and Alexis Aning, 19, of Lonsdale Road, Stevenage, have both since been charged with possession of heroin and crack cocaine with intent to supply. Both men appeared before Folkestone Magistrates’ 1 on Saturday 19 March and were remanded in custody to appear before Canterbury Crown Court on Monday 25 April.
