Detectives are looking into the theft of a large amount of cable from the Chiltern line in Tyseley, West Midlands.
Officers are eager to speak with the men in the images in the hope that they can assist with the investigation.
Offenders stole a large amount of cable from the tracks overnight on Friday, August 5th, around 2.50am. Offenders are also believed to have returned to the area around 9.50 a.m.
The theft of cable caused significant delays in rail service to and from Birmingham, as well as disruptions in travel for those attending the Commonwealth Games.
Detectives are also appealing to anyone who may have witnessed any suspicious activity or vehicles in the area, as well as anyone who may have information that could aid the investigation.
