Man Charged with Murder After Woman Found Dead in Churchyard Tent
A tragic murder has rocked Spalding, Lincolnshire, after Colette Law, 26, was found dead in a tent at St Mary and St Nicolas Churchyard. The body was discovered on July 17th, a week after she went missing on July 10th.
Suspect Held at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court
Paul Neilson, 30, from Priory Road, Spalding, has been charged with Colette’s murder. He appeared at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on Monday, where he confirmed his identity but said little else. Neilson remains in custody and is due to appear at Lincoln Crown Court on Tuesday.

Colette, originally from Greenock, Scotland, was beloved by friends and family who are now left grieving. The local community is devastated by the horrific crime.
