Teen Attacked in Shocking Canterbury Bus Robbery
Detectives are hunting witnesses after a teenage boy was roughed up and robbed on a Canterbury bus.
Violence Erupts on Triangle Bus at Westgate Towers
The victim was on the Triangle bus that stopped at Westgate Towers around 3pm on Wednesday, July 27, 2022. Two fellow passengers suddenly attacked him.
A passerby stepped in to break up the altercation, forcing the suspects off the bus. But the damage was done.
Stolen Phone, AirPods and Glasses – Victim Hospitalised
The boy was hurt badly enough to require hospital treatment. His phone, AirPods, and glasses were stolen during the robbery.
Police say the victim and attackers likely know each other, adding a dark twist to the attack.
