Man Charged with Two Counts of Rape Near Brighton Pier
A 27-year-old man has been charged with two counts of rape following an incident near Brighton Pier in July 2022. The victim, a girl under 18, reported being attacked on the evening of Friday, July 16.
Investigation and Arrest
Specialist officers supported the victim throughout the investigation. Joseph Eubank, from Hill Drive in Hove, was arrested and charged with two counts of raping a woman over 16 years old.
Bail and Upcoming Court Date
Eubank has been released on bail under strict conditions. He is due to appear at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on January 11, 2024.
