Man Arrested for Fly-Tipping and Multiple Traffic Offenses in Kent

Kent Police have arrested a man on suspicion of fly-tipping, along with several other traffic-related offences. The arrest occurred this morning as part of a crackdown on rural crime.

The individual is now under investigation for a host of violations, including:

  • Driving without a license
  • Operating a vehicle without insurance
  • Lacking a valid MOT (Ministry of Transport) certificate
  • Failing to pay vehicle tax
  • Using red diesel (intended for agricultural use) in a vehicle
  • Possessing no waste carrier license
  • Transporting an insecure load

A spokesperson for Kent Police’s Rural Task Force said, “This arrest underscores our commitment to tackling rural crime and ensuring the safety and compliance of our roads and environment. We take these offences very seriously and will continue to work diligently to bring offenders to justice.
