Teenager Hospitalised After Stabbing in Hither Green

 Emergency services rushed to Manor Park in Hither Green this afternoon, Sunday, August 11, following reports of a stabbing. The call came in at approximately 12:47pm, prompting a swift response from police, the London Ambulance Service (LAS), and the Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS).

Upon arrival, officers discovered a teenage man at the scene with stab wounds. He was immediately taken to the hospital for treatment. The Metropolitan Police have confirmed that his condition has been assessed as non-life-threatening, though he remains under medical care.

A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police provided a statement: “Police were called to Manor Park, Hither Green at about 12:47hrs on Sunday, 11 August following reports that a man had been stabbed. Officers, LAS, and HEMS attended. A man aged in his late teens was found at the location with stab wounds. He was taken to hospital for treatment where he remains. His condition has been assessed as non-life-threatening.”

The police are conducting urgent enquiries to trace the suspects involved in the incident. No arrests have been made at this time, and investigations are ongoing.
