Knife Attack Shakes Chessington Adventure Park
Chaos erupted at Chessington Adventure Park on Thursday, 22 August, when a violent scuffle left two men hurt and a third man in police custody. The Met Police were called at 2:36 pm after reports of injuries surfaced at the popular family spot.
Two Victims, One Arrest
Officers and London Ambulance Service rushed to the scene. They found one man with minor injuries caused by broken glass on a nearby road, and another suffering knife wounds in the park’s carpark. Both were swiftly taken to hospital. The knife victim’s condition remains unknown as medics continue treatment.
A third man was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm. Police say all three men know each other and do not believe others were involved.
Emergency Services Respond
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said, “We were called at 2:43 pm to reports of a stabbing on Leatherhead Road, Chessington. We dispatched an ambulance crew, advanced paramedic, incident response officer, and London’s Air Ambulance. We treated two people at the scene and rushed one patient to a major trauma centre.”
