An urgent search is underway to locate twin sisters, Eliza and Henrietta Huszti, who have been missing for three days.
The 32-year-old sisters were last seen in the early hours of Tuesday, 7 January, walking along the River Dee in Aberdeen.
Last Known Movements
- The pair were captured on CCTV at 2:12 AM leaving Market Street at Victoria Bridge.
- They were seen crossing into the Torry district and heading towards the Aberdeen Boat Club along a riverside footpath.
- Both are described as white, of slim build, with long brown hair.
Police Investigation and Search Efforts
Chief Inspector Darren Bruce, leading the investigation, confirmed that extensive enquiries and searches are ongoing.
“Local officers, led by specialist search advisors, are being assisted by police dogs and our marine unit to trace Eliza and Henrietta.”
The Torry side of Victoria Bridge, where they were last seen, contains many commercial and industrial units. Officers are conducting detailed searches in the area.
Appeal for CCTV and Dashcam Footage
Police Scotland is urging:
- Businesses in the South Esplanade and Menzies Road area to check CCTV footage from the early hours of Tuesday, 7 January.
- Motorists who were in the area at the time to review dashcam footage.
- Anyone who may have seen Eliza and Henrietta or has information about their whereabouts to contact police immediately.
