Urgent search launched for missing Aberdeen twin sisters
Vanished Without a Trace
Eliza and Henrietta Huszti, 32-year-old twin sisters, have been missing for three days. They were last spotted in the early hours of Tuesday, 7 January, strolling near the River Dee in Aberdeen.
Last Sighting Caught on CCTV
- CCTV recorded the sisters leaving Market Street at Victoria Bridge at 2:12 AM.
- They were seen crossing into the Torry district, heading towards Aberdeen Boat Club along a riverside footpath.
- Both women are white, slim, with long brown hair.
Police Scramble to Find Clues
Chief Inspector Darren Bruce, leading the probe, revealed that a massive search is underway.
“Local officers, specialist search advisors, police dogs, and the marine unit are all out combing the area to find Eliza and Henrietta.”
Officers are doing meticulous searches near the Torry side of Victoria Bridge, an area packed with commercial and industrial sites.
Public Appeal: Check Your Footage
- Businesses around South Esplanade and Menzies Road are asked to review CCTV from early 7 January.
- Motorists who were nearby urged to check dashcam videos.
- Anyone with information or sightings should contact police immediately.
