Urgent Search Underway for Missing Teens Last Seen Heading to Dartford
Two Essex Girls Vanish Without a Trace
Police have launched an urgent appeal to find two missing schoolgirls feared to have travelled to Dartford after disappearing from South Essex.
15-year-old Kelsey McGough and 14-year-old Megan Smith were last spotted on the morning of Friday, March 22. Authorities say they are growing increasingly worried about the girls’ safety.
Whereabouts Unknown – Possibly Together
Officers believe Kelsey and Megan may be together and could have moved through Dartford, Surrey, or Tottenham over the weekend. The pair also have connections to Hadleigh, Rochford, and South Ockendon in Essex.

- Kelsey McGough: White, 5ft 3in, slim build, shoulder-length brown hair
- Megan Smith: White, 5ft 5in, slim build, shoulder-length blonde hair

“We are concerned for the welfare of Megan and Kelsey and are asking for the public’s help in locating them. If you are with them or have any information about their whereabouts, please contact us immediately.”
