Family Pays Heartfelt Tribute

The family of 33-year-old Anuj Roka Magar, who died in a crash on the M3, has shared a touching tribute. Anuj, from Wilmott Way, Basingstoke, was described as a “loving and caring” man with a “big heart.”

“Anuj was very passionate about archery,” his family said. “His two-and-a-half-year-old son Aadarsh and nieces Samira and Rihasha miss him deeply. Nothing will ever be the same without him. He will be sorely missed by all family and friends.”

Fatal Crash Details

Police were called just after 8.20pm on Thursday, 17 June, following reports of a single-vehicle collision on the southbound M3 at Junction 5, near Hook. A silver Vauxhall Astra left the carriageway, fatally injuring Anuj, who was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigation Underway – Witnesses Urged to Come Forward

Officers are still probing the exact cause of the collision and are appealing to anyone with information to help.
