Notorious Drug Dealer Locked Up in Eastbourne
A violent drug dealer has been slammed with a hefty five-and-a-half-year prison sentence after being busted by Eastbourne police. Adrian Pendley, 34, who had no fixed address, was caught red-handed with a stash of Class A drugs and a mobile phone during a raid on a local property.
Pendley’s False Claims and Dangerous Past
The dealer tried to dodge responsibility, claiming he was being framed. But officers weren’t buying it. Pendley’s mobile phone links revealed a network pumping drugs from city hotspots to smaller towns, preying on vulnerable people, including children and those with mental health issues.
Police Praise and Call for Public Help
Chief Inspector Di Lewis hailed the officers behind the arrest. She said the sentence sends a strong message about the damage drugs cause in the community and keeps dangerous offenders off the streets.
“If you have any drug-related information or suspect a property is being used for drug dealing, please report it online or call 101. In emergencies, always dial 999,” Lewis urged.
