Three Men Arrested in Bradford Child Abuse Probe
Police in Bradford have arrested three men amid fresh allegations of child sexual abuse. The arrests came after a focused three-day operation earlier this week.
The suspects, aged between 40 and 66, were picked up from addresses across Bradford. All three have been interviewed and released pending further investigation.
Allegations Date Back Over Two Decades
The allegations relate to offences reported to have happened in the Bradford District between 1999 and 2002. So far, the investigation involves one victim.
Police Vow to Protect Children at All Costs
“The safety and protection of children remain West Yorkshire Police’s top priority,” said Detective Chief Inspector Al Weekes. “This investigation shows our commitment to tackling both recent and historic sexual assaults on children.”
“Child sexual abuse is a vile crime that targets some of the most vulnerable in society. It’s not a job for one agency alone. We work closely with local authorities, charities, and organisations to support victims and bring offenders to justice.”
“If you have been a victim of sexual abuse, whether recent or from years ago, please come forward. You will be listened to, taken seriously, and supported by experienced professionals.”
