Kent Fire and Rescue Service sprang into action after smoke and flames were spotted coming from a vehicle on James Whatman Way, Maidstone.

Firefighters arrived swiftly with two engines, fully kitted out with breathing apparatus. They doused the car fire using a compressed air foam system (CAFs) and powerful high-pressure hose reel jets, bringing the flames under control fast.

No Injuries as Cause Remains a Mystery

Luckily, no one was injured in the incident. Officials suspect the fire started by accident. Kent Police also attended the scene to assist with investigations and safety.
