A 33-year-old man faces serious charges after police uncovered a huge suspected cannabis factory in Dartford.
Over 70 Cannabis Plants Found in Greenhithe Home
Officers executed a warrant at a property on Sayer Close, Greenhithe, on Friday 27 March 2026. Inside, they discovered more than 70 cannabis plants spread across the downstairs living area and two upstairs bedrooms. The raid also uncovered extensive growing equipment.
London Man Charged with Drug Production and Electricity Theft
Xhevahir Axhami, from Park Road, London, was arrested at the scene. He has been charged with being concerned in the production of a Class B drug and stealing electricity.
Remanded in Custody Ahead of Crown Court Hearing
Axhami appeared at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 30 March 2026 and was remanded in custody. His next court date is at Maidstone Crown Court on 27 April 2026.
