The thief smashed car windows to snatch valuables, including horse-riding gear and bank cards. One stolen bank card was used at Gillingham Train Station, prompting officers to scour CCTV footage.
They quickly identified the suspect, catching him nearby a short time later. On arrest, police found pliers, metal wire, and a distinctive face mask on him. Several stolen items were also recovered from an address tied to the teen.
