Afternoon Attack on Busy Road
On Wednesday, January 25, 2023, between 3pm and 3.30pm, a shocking robbery unfolded on Osbourne Road, Willesborough. A man, woman, and two kids were cycling when a gang on mopeds and a quadbike suddenly set upon the man.
Phone Stolen, Bike Vandalised
The victim was assaulted, his phone swiped, and his bicycle damaged during the brazen incident. The violent group then made a quick getaway towards Hunter Avenue.

“This robbery took place on a busy road at a time when parents would be collecting their children from school,” said Detective Constable Sophia Lateu. “We urge anyone who saw what happened, or who has dashcam footage from that time, to come forward.”
