Hero Good Samaritan Sought After Teen Girl Assault in Poole
Police are hunting for a mystery Good Samaritan who stepped in to help a 14-year-old girl attacked at Upton Recreation Ground, Poole.
Terrifying Attack at Upton Rec
On Sunday, May 15, 2022, around 5.30pm, the teenage victim and her friend were approached by a group of male teens at Sea View Road. Two of the group were on bikes and blocked the girl’s path. When she tried to push past, one teen shoved her, prompting her to kick him between the legs. Thankfully, she escaped serious injury.
Police Appeal for Witness
Dorset Police Constable Katie Wallis said, “We are continuing to investigate this assault and have obtained additional details from the victim. We understand a man intervened to help the girl during the attack and want to identify him as he may hold vital information.”
