Mutiny Festival Horror: Staff Reveal Shocking Security Failures Behind Deaths

Frontline security workers at the Mutiny festival massacre weekend have spoken out. Contracted by Vespasian Security, insiders claim they were told to skip full searches and rush punters inside.

Security Orders Put Festival Goers at Risk

“The public was in danger from the moment the doors opened. It was a ticking time bomb. I’m surprised more people didn’t die,” said a shaken staffer.

There were too few security staff to do the job right. Just three sniffer dogs covered the entire site—and they could only work short shifts due to their limited scent capacity.

VIPs Let In Without Searches

The wrong staff were assigned to the VIP area, meaning none of the VIP guests faced any searches at all. The site was reportedly awash with drugs of every kind.

People smuggled pills and drugs in condoms hidden in underwear but security teams said they weren’t allowed to search inside trousers. Search stations were crammed together, and there simply weren’t enough of them to cover everyone properly.

Shocking Conditions and Blown Warnings

Restrooms were found littered with used condoms—evidence of drugs being smuggled in. One security guard said, “I’m so ashamed, I’m refusing to accept payment. I’ve passed my concerns to the police, but whether they act is another matter.”

“Someone has to be held responsible for the two deaths.”

Local Dealers, Management Turning Blind Eye

Said one insider: “We saw dealers from the local area and London at the festival, but without catching them red-handed, we’re powerless. Management know what’s going on but just look the other way.”

Vespasian Security has a sketchy past, too. The Portsmouth-based family firm made headlines in 2016 after staff attacked a 15-year-old at the Victorious festival. They boast a diverse client list, including national monuments, big businesses, live events, and government sites. But their failings at Mutiny raise serious questions.

Neither Mutiny organisers nor Vespasian Security have commented on the allegations.
