Brazen Cash Machine Heist in Bordon – Digger Used in Early Morning Smash and Grab

Thieves used a stolen digger to rip a cash machine from Tesco on High Street, Bordon, at around 4am on Sunday, 17 June. The gang then made off with the machine, believed to be loaded onto a stolen silver Isuzu flatbed truck or possibly another vehicle.

The digger was abandoned at the scene.

Stolen Truck Was Taken Hours Earlier

The Isuzu truck itself had been nicked from High Street in Headley overnight between 16 and 17 June. Police are keen to hear from anyone with info on either the digger smash or the theft of the truck.

Police Appeal for Witnesses

PC Geoff Hill said: “We’d like to hear from anyone who has information about either of these incidents, as it may help with our investigations. Did you see or hear anything suspicious? Did you spot anyone driving these stolen vehicles? Do you know who may have been involved?”
