Manhunt Underway After Croydon Rape Attack
Police sprang into action after a woman in her 40s was raped in a Croydon home on the evening of 3 December 2021. The attack happened shortly after 9pm when a man followed the victim inside a residential address.

Witnesses say the man was seen walking down the street before the horrific assault took place. Detectives have now released an E-fit of the suspect and are urging the public to help identify him.

Detective Constable Penelope Rea of the Public Protection team said: “This was an absolutely terrifying ordeal for the victim who continues to receive specialist support. We have carried out extensive enquiries since the incident but now desperately need the public’s help to identify the man in the E-fit. If you recognise him, please come forward immediately.”
