Murder Probe Launched After Fatal Stabbing in Colchester
Detectives are on the hunt following a deadly stabbing on Affleck Road in Colchester’s Greenstead estate just after midnight this morning.
Man in 20s Killed, Teen Injured
Officers and paramedics were called to the scene shortly after 12:15am on Friday, 11 December. Sadly, a man in his 20s was pronounced dead at the scene. A teenager nearby suffered minor injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.
Arrest Made as Police Launch Murder Inquiry
A 25-year-old local man has been arrested on suspicion of murder and attempted murder. He remains in custody for questioning while detectives dig deeper into the chilling attack.
