Teen Critically Injured in Electric Scooter Crash with Fiat 500
A horror smash unfolded just before 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 31, 2022, on Featherby Road. A silver Fiat 500 collided with two teenage boys riding an electric scooter, leaving one fighting for life.
One Teen Flown to Hospital in Critical Condition
Emergency crews treated both boys at the scene. One was rushed by air ambulance to a nearby hospital, where he remains in critical condition. The second teen was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
Police Hunt Witnesses and Dashcam Footage
Officers are probing the crash and urge anyone who witnessed the collision but hasn’t yet spoken to them to come forward. Drivers with dashcam videos and locals with CCTV are also being asked to share any footage that could crack the case.
