Dog Bite Shocks Local Shopper
Kent Police are hunting for witnesses after a young girl was bitten by a dog outside a shop in Tankerton. The shocking incident happened on Tankerton Road at around 5pm on Tuesday, 23 January 2024.
The girl was walking past a small dog tied up outside the shop when the animal allegedly bit her, leaving puncture wounds on her finger. She sought immediate medical treatment for her injuries.
Police Identify Potential Witness
Officers investigating have tracked down a man who might hold crucial information. Described as white, slim build with a narrow face, he was seen wearing a blue jacket with white reflective patches and a green beanie hat.
