Ashford Assault: Police Urge Witnesses to Speak Up
Early Morning Attack on Chart Road
Detectives are hunting for witnesses after a woman was sexually assaulted in Ashford at 4.50am on Saturday, 26 November 2022.
The victim was walking from the roundabout towards the traffic lights on Chart Road when a man suddenly grabbed her from behind and dragged her into an alleyway. He touched her inappropriately, but she managed to break free and escape safely.
Suspect Description Released
Police describe the attacker as a white man, around 5ft 9in tall, with a medium build and short hair.
