Thieves Smash Car to Steal Crucial Search and Rescue Gear in Sandbach

Mindless thieves targeted a Cheshire Search and Rescue member’s car overnight in Sandbach, making off with vital rescue kit. The stolen gear is essential for lifesaving missions, leaving the team in a tough spot.

The raid hit a Helikontex Direct Action Ghost rucksack, grey/green with glow-in-the-dark markers and Thin Blue, Green and Red Line patches. Inside was a haul including:
