Man Fatally Stabbed in City of London Late Night Attack
A man in his 30s was fatally stabbed on Gresham Street at around 11:30pm on May 1, 2022. City of London Police rushed to the scene after reports of the stabbing.
Emergency Services Tried to Save Victim
Officers found the victim with serious stab wounds and performed CPR on the street. He was rushed to the Royal London Hospital but sadly died later from his injuries.
Police Appeal for Witnesses
The area was busy at the time, and police are urging anyone with information to come forward, either anonymously or in confidence. The scene remains cordoned off while investigations continue.
