Two Men Injured in Bradford Shooting – Police Hunt Masked Shooter
Police are urgently appealing for information after two men were hurt in a shooting in Bradford.
Targeted Attack on Farleton Drive
The Homicide and Major Enquiry Team was called to Farleton Drive, Fagley, at 5.10pm on Friday, 7 July. Officers found two men with injuries consistent with a firearms discharge. Both were rushed to hospital, with one suffering serious wounds.
Masked Gunman Spotted Fleeing Scene
A masked man dressed in black was seen running towards the Fagley area shortly after the shooting.
Police Lead Investigation, Seek Witnesses
“Firearms offences are treated exceptionally seriously in West Yorkshire and we are conducting a full investigation into this incident which we believe was a targeted attack on both victims,” said DCI Alan Weekes of the Homicide and Major Enquiry Team.
“Local neighbourhood policing teams are carrying out reassurance patrols and enquiries remain ongoing at the scene.”
“I urge anyone who saw a masked male in black either approach or flee the Farleton Drive area around the time of the shooting to come forward.”
