Glasgow Racist Graffiti Culprit Sought by Police

Police are hunting a young thug caught scrawling racist graffiti on a notice board behind Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum in Glasgow.

At around 9am on Saturday, 17 September 2022, officers were alerted to offensive graffiti appearing on Argyle Street. The culprit left his ugly mark on the historic venue’s notice board.

Police Describe Suspect

  • White male, aged 16 to 20
  • About 5ft 5ins tall, average build
  • Short auburn hair
  • Riding a blue bicycle

Community Pleads for Info

Inspector Mhairi Crawford of the Community Policing team said: “I would appeal to anyone who has any information or who recognises the man in the image to contact us.”
