Woman Found Stabbed to Death in N10 Home
Just after 7pm on Thursday, 16 November, police rushed to a Hill Road address in N10 over welfare concerns. Officers and London Ambulance Service attended the scene.
Inside the property, they discovered the body of a woman believed to be in her 50s. While police think they know who she is, formal identification is still pending.
Post-Mortem Reveals Stab Wounds
A post-mortem at Haringey Mortuary on Saturday, 18 November, gave a provisional cause of death: stab injuries. Formal ID is not expected until after the weekend.
Homicide Unit Launches Investigation
Detectives from the Homicide and Major Crime Command have taken over the case. At this early stage, they are keeping an open mind about any motive.
Officers are continuing their inquiries and working at the scene to piece together what happened. No arrests have been made yet.
