Teenager Dies in Fatal Crash on Thames Road, Crayford

A tragic crash on Thames Road, Crayford, has left an 18-year-old dead. The road is shut as police launch a serious collision investigation.

High-Speed Crash Near Bookers Cash and Carry

The Met Police were called just after 10pm on Sunday, July 7, following reports of a car smashing into the central reservation near Bookers Cash and Carry in Bexley. Eyewitnesses say the vehicle was speeding towards Erith before crashing through barriers and ending up a wreck.

Emergency Services Rush to Scene

Officers and paramedics rushed to the scene, but despite their efforts, the young man was pronounced dead. His next of kin have been informed.

“Detectives are appealing for witnesses and any information related to this fatal collision,” said the Met Police.

The investigation remains ongoing as Thames Road remains closed.
