A 19-year-old from Bromley is in police custody following a vicious assault on Mount Pleasant Road, Tunbridge Wells. On 30 December 2018, the victim was repeatedly punched in the face while being ordered to hand over his wallet. Luckily, the attacker left empty-handed.

Suspect Tied to Another Theft

Officers linked the same suspect to a separate theft on St John’s Road, Tunbridge Wells, reported on 26 January 2019. The string of incidents led cops to act swiftly.

The Bromley teen was arrested at his home on Monday 8 April and remains in custody as police continue their investigation into these crimes.
