Shock Crash on Brickworth Road: Woman in 70s Seriously Hurt

Serious Collision Shakes Whiteparish

Wiltshire Police are hunting witnesses after a serious smash on Brickworth Road, Whiteparish, on the morning of Friday, 22 November. At about 10:20am, a woman in her 70s was hit by a silver VW Transporter van. The van is believed to have mounted the pavement before striking her, leaving the pensioner with serious injuries.

She was rushed to hospital, where she remains in a critical condition.

Driver Stops, No Arrests Yet

The van driver stayed at the scene and is cooperating with officers. Police have confirmed no arrests have been made so far as the investigation continues.
