Three women arrested after daring rooftop protest in central London

Protesters scale Allianz House in bold stunt

Three women in their 20s were arrested on suspicion of criminal damage after climbing Allianz House on Gracechurch Street in the heart of London. The group, linked to activist outfit Palestine Action, staged the protest earlier today, hanging out on the building’s facade for several hours and drawing a crowd.

Police swoop amid city centre disruption

The protest caused major disruption, with emergency services called to the scene as officers worked to regain control. All three women were detained on site and have since been taken into custody. A City of London Police spokesperson confirmed:

“Three women, all aged in their 20s, have been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage following a protest at Allianz House on Gracechurch Street. The individuals are currently in custody, and enquiries are ongoing.”

Damage assessment underway, investigation continues

Authorities are still assessing the full extent of any damage caused. No official word has come from Palestine Action, known for their direct action campaigns targeting companies they accuse of supporting Israel’s military activities.
