Two Teens Charged with Murder of Keon Lincoln in Handsworth
Detectives have charged two teenage boys in connection with the murder of 15-year-old Keon Lincoln in Handsworth.
Young Suspects Remanded in Custody
A 14-year-old from Birmingham and a 15-year-old from Walsall have been remanded in custody. They are due to appear before Birmingham Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 1 February.
Tragic Death After Gunshot and Stab Wounds
Keon Lincoln was attacked on Linwood Road on Thursday, 21 January. He died after suffering both gunshot and stab wounds, sending shockwaves through the local community.
Investigation Ongoing, Police Urge Public to Speak Up
“The loss of Keon has left so many devastated,” said Detective Chief Inspector Alastair Orencas from the homicide unit.
“The whole community feels the pain of losing a 15-year-old boy with his life ahead of him. These charges mark a key step in our investigation, but we will leave no stone unturned to get justice for Keon.”
