Newcomer to Party Sexually Assaults Woman in Her Bedroom

Oliver James Edwards, 38, homeless and dangerous, was caught after assaulting a woman at a social gathering in town on June 6, 2015. The attack happened just after 10pm when the woman, feeling unwell, went to bed early.

Edwards, who she had met only that day, ignored her silence and forcibly entered her room. The victim never consented to his advance or even his presence in the bedroom.
