Officers Comment on His Unusual Clothing
In the footage, one officer remarks, “You’re not dressed for the climate,” while another adds, “His outfit just seems odd.” The man was reportedly wearing several layers despite the warm weather.
Hostile Encounter Ends Without Charges
The Metropolitan Police revealed the man became hostile and refused to explain his actions when approached. He was searched under the Misuse of Drugs Act but was released with nothing found. He “went on his way” afterwards.

Det Ch Supt Lee Hill said: “This shows only a small part of this incident and we would ask people not to rush to judgment. A formal complaint has been received and is being handled in accordance with the Police Reform Act. This includes a review of all footage, including bodycam video.”
