Gun-toting gangster Frankie Sinclair charged with conspiracy to murder and drug trafficking

Frankie Sinclair, 32, with no fixed address, was slammed with serious offences on Wednesday, 25 November. The charges include:
- Conspiracy to murder
- Conspiracy to possess a firearm with intent to endanger life
- Two counts of possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life
- Three counts of possessing ammunition with intent to endanger life
- Possession of ammunition prohibited for five years
- Two counts of conspiracy to supply class A drugs (heroin and cocaine)
- Possession of criminal property – large stash of cash
Court Date Set
Sinclair is set to appear in custody today, Thursday 26 November, at Westminster Magistrates’ Court. The crackdown follows a chilling conspiracy to murder probe linked to EncroChat device messages seized since March 2020.
