Ciaran Leigh Morris was pushed along the pavement by his family when disaster struck. He suffered serious injuries and was rushed to hospital. Sadly, nothing could be done to save him.
Driver Charged After Fatal Crash
James Paul Davis, 34, from Walsall, faces multiple charges. He is accused of causing death by dangerous driving, driving while uninsured, failing to stop, and not reporting the collision.
Custody and Court Appearance
Davis has been remanded in police custody. He is set to appear at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court tomorrow morning (6 April).
