North London Man Busted for Encouraging Terrorism
William Chinyanga, 50, from North London, faces serious terror charges. On Wednesday, 13 January, he was hit with four counts of encouraging terrorism under the Terrorism Act 2006.
Arrested in 2020 Terror Sweep
Chinyanga was first arrested way back on 25 February 2020. The Met’s Counter Terrorism Command swooped in to nab him as part of their ongoing crackdown.
Court Date Set
He is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, 26 January to answer the charges.
