Croydon Man Nabbed in Major Police Raid
Umar Pervez, 22, of Midhurst Avenue, Croydon, was slammed in cuffs during a proactive swoop by detectives from Specialist Crime North on Thursday, 5 August. He’s set to face the music at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 9 August.
Other Arrests Made but Released
Three other men caught up in the same operation have since been released under investigation. Meanwhile, a woman arrested during the raid was let off with no further action.
