Man Arrested for Harassing Women and Offering Money for Sex – Some Victims Had Children
Unwanted Advances in Maidstone
In November and December 2023, a man allegedly targeted several women with unwanted conversation and offered money for sex. Disturbingly, some victims were accompanied by their children at the time.
Jay Davy Charged and Remanded
Jay Davy, 24, from Tonbridge Road, Maidstone, was arrested on Tuesday 19 December. The next day, he appeared at Medway Magistrates’ Court facing 12 public order charges. These relate to using threatening, abusive, or insulting behaviour intended to cause harassment, alarm, or distress. Davy remains in custody ahead of his next hearing on Wednesday 27 December at Maidstone Magistrates’ Court.
