Bexley cracks down on Blue Badge fraud with tough penalties
Two caught and convicted for Blue Badge misuse

“Blue Badge scheme abuse will not be tolerated in our borough as these latest prosecutions prove,” said Councillor Richard Diment, Bexley’s Cabinet Member for Places. “We will keep fighting to protect the scheme’s integrity and ensure disabled residents and visitors have proper parking close to their destination. If you’re not entitled to a Blue Badge, think twice. The consequences are severe if you get caught.”
