Swede Faces UK Murder Charge in High-Profile Case
New Suspect Extradited to UK
Estevan Alexis Pino-Munizaga, 34, a Swedish national, was flown from Sweden to the UK on Tuesday, 10 November. He now faces murder charges and is set to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, 11 November.
Ongoing Manhunt and Extraditions
Another Swedish man, aged 22, remains caught up in the Swedish extradition process after an arrest via a UK European Arrest Warrant (EAW). Meanwhile, three others charged in relation to the case are already in UK custody.
- Anis Fouad Hemissi, 23, Swedish national, charged with the murder of Flamur. Extradited from Denmark in June.
- Clifford Rollox, 30, of Islington, charged with perverting the course of justice on 29 October.
- Tobias Fredrik Andersson, 31, Swedish national, extradited from Sweden on 4 November and charged with murder.
All three are scheduled to appear at the Old Bailey on Tuesday, 1 December.
The Victim and Crime Scene
Flamur, 36, was brutally murdered on the evening of Tuesday, 24 December 2019. The killing happened on Battersea Church Road, Wandsworth, SW11, sparking an intense investigation that has now crossed borders.
