Despite frantic efforts from emergency services and bystanders, a woman in her 20s was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two others were rushed to hospital. A 27-year-old woman remains in serious but stable condition, while a 23-year-old man has since been discharged. A fourth person was treated on site with minor injuries.
