Man Charged with Murder of Joshua White After Hackney Stabbing Police make fresh murder charge over fatal stabbing of 29-year-old Joshua White in Hackney.

David Kerrigan Arrested and Charged

David Kerrigan, 19, from Clapton, has been charged with the murder and attempted murder following the stabbing of Joshua White on 26 April in Frampton Park Road, Hackney. Kerrigan was extradited from Ireland and charged on 27 November.

He appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on 28 November and has been remanded to Old Bailey, with his next hearing on 2 December.

More Suspects Await Trial

Three other men face charges linked to Joshua’s murder and are due in court in March 2020:

  • Taylar Isaac, 18, charged with murder in May.
  • A 16-year-old boy from Homerton, charged in April with murder and possession of an offensive weapon.
  • Harley McGivern, 18, charged in September with conspiracy to murder and assisting an offender.
