Man Charged with Murder of Joshua White After Arrest in Ireland

Police have charged 19-year-old David Kerrigan with the murder of 29-year-old Joshua White, who was fatally stabbed in Hackney’s Frampton Park Road on 26 April. Kerrigan, from Clapton E5, was extradited from Ireland and charged on Wednesday, 27 November.

Kerrigan Appears at Westminster Magistrates’ Court

Kerrigan appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 28 November. He was remanded and is due to appear at the Old Bailey on Monday, 2 December.

Three Others Face Charges Over Joshua’s Killing

Three other males have already been charged and face trial in March 2020 in connection to Joshua’s murder.

  • Taylar Isaac, 18, from Homerton, charged with murder in May.
  • A 16-year-old boy, also from Homerton, charged in April with murder and possession of an offensive weapon.
  • Harley McGivern, 18, charged in September with conspiracy to murder and assisting an offender.
