Man Charged After Spate of Attacks on London Underground

A 37-year-old man faces court today over a terrifying string of assaults on the Tube.

Attempted Murder and Assault Charges

Donovan Kenlyn, from North Circular Road, Ealing, has been charged with one count of attempted murder and two counts of assault. The attacks happened across three separate incidents on the 1 Underground line on Thursday, 27 October.

Kenlyn was arrested on 31 October and has now been remanded in custody ahead of his hearing at Westminster Magistrates’ Court this morning (2 November).

Police Hunt Witnesses to Finchley Road and Baker Street Assaults

Detectives are urging the public to come forward if they saw the assaults at Finchley Road and Baker Street stations. Anyone with information is asked to contact the British Transport Police (BTP) by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40. Quote reference 210 of 27/10/22.
